MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Railways (PNR) is investigating the accident involving a collision between one of its trains and a tanker in Camarines Sur early Saturday.
The crash at Paloyon Crossing in Nabua occurred at around 2:50 a.m. as the train, which is used to check railway tracks for safety before passenger trains operate, was traveling along the Legazpi-to-Naga route.
