Don’t know Boise, but is sure sounds like something that would fit over at r/ChoosingBeggars with these people being delusional/entitled.
They want a home in the North End of Boise, which at the end of the video they say the median price is $850k, while the article states the median Ada county price is $452k, and a quick Zillow search shows several options available below $400k in the county (not to say that’s not still a lot of money still).
Ya of course everybody wants to live in the best district, but most people realize they can’t afford to live in the best Manhattan/Seattle/San Fransisco neighborhoods and will just settle for one of the more affordable surrounding areas.
