Late presenter Caroline Flack’s close friends took to their social media to wish her a happy 42nd birthday
Caroline Flack’s close friends paid tribute to the late star on what would have been her 42nd birthday.
Stars including Lou Teasdale, Keith Lemon and more took to their social media to honour their pal, who died by suicide last February.
The Love Island presenter’s friend Dawn O’Porter uploaded a snap of Caroline looking delighted as she jumped in front of the camera.
She was wearing a dress from Dawn’s clothing line along with knee-high boots and simple sunglasses.
“Happy birthday you plum,” Dawn captioned the sweet post.
Meanwhile, Keith shared a black-and-white outline drawing of Caroline, which also had the words ‘be kind’ written in the corner.
“Appy birfday Flack! Miss you x,” he posted.
Lou, who had been taking looking after Caroline and been out to the shops when the star had taken her life, shared a carousel of throwback images of the two having a blast.
One showed the two sat closely together on a sofa as they attempted to pose for the camera. Another had the two laughing while sitting on a bench on a winter’s day.
“Happy birthday beautiful, I miss you every day,” she captioned the photos. She also shared a few more throwbacks on her Stories.
Pussycat Dolls’ Ashley Roberts, Vicky Pattison, Fearne Cotton, Denise Van Outen, Kerry Katona, Alan Carr, and Giovanna Fletcher took to the comment section of the photos posted by the three stars.
Some wished the late presenter a happy birthday while some shared their support by posting heart emojis.
Caroline tragically took her own life on 15 February last year, at the age of 40, after she was told was going to be prosecuted for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend Lewis Burton.

The tennis player denied she had assaulted him, and publicly denounced the trial, but the couple were ordered to stay apart, despite Lewis declaring his love for Caroline in several social media posts.
It was recently announced that Caroline’s friends have organised a ‘kindness’ festival to honour her memory.
Author and presenter Dawn announced details of the event last month and revealed that a date has been secured to hold the festival, called Flackstock, next year at Kenwood House in Hampstead, London.
“It will be a very special day. Please save the date. Follow @flackstock for updates,” she posted on Instagram.
The 70s-inspired poster teases “live music, comedy and dance”, and the festival has teamed up with the charities Choose Love and Samaritans for the debut music festival, set to take place on 15 June 2022.
Gold, silver and bronze ticket packages are also on sale, although no further details were shared about pricing.
