
CPIT, a Microsoft Dynamics specialist, has finalised a management buyout from parent accountancy firm Cooper Parry.
The group completed the purchase of the remaining 50% of its shares on 5 February 2021 to become full owners of the company.
The deal will also see Vicky Critchley become CEO at Brett Critchley appointed as executive chairman of the group that will now trade as Bamboo Cloud.
While a full rebranding will take place in March, the seven-member ownership team of CPIT will remain in place alongside almost 90 employees across both the UK and US.
