Global advisory firm Duff and Phelps has announced it has rebranded to Kroll.
The US company which has offices in London, Manchester and Birmingham said the new name and logo “represent the firm’s rich history and breadth of services, delivering transparency, trust and objectivity to clients”.
Since Duff and Phelps was founded in 1932, the firm has added more than 30 complementary companies to its portfolio, including the 2018 acquisition of Kroll.
Kroll which is an American based company was founded in 1972 works with clients across sectors in the areas of valuation, expert services, investigations, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
During the transition period, certain Duff and Phelps businesses will operate as “Duff and Phelps, A Kroll Business”. All UK offices will also be rebranded.
Jacob Silverman, chief executive officer of Duff and Phelps, now Kroll said: “This marks a major milestone for our company and I am thrilled to introduce the new Kroll, built from the strength of our acquired brands.”
