A photo of a Cheetos Flamin’ Hot flavored Frappuccino at Starbucks has gone viral and people are saying the coffee chain has gone ‘too far’.
People don’t fancy trying the spicy milkshake which is being branded ‘disgusting’ and ‘gross’. Thankfully, no one will have to because it’s not actually real.
Starbucks Cheetos Frappuccino
The beverage was posted on Instagram by a user called The Junk Food Aisle who wrote: “Thumbs up or thumbs down? Starbucks Cheetos Flamin Hot Frappuccino.”
It’s bright red in colour and and topped with whipped cream and red powder which actually looks quite appetising – until you look at the bottom of the cup.
Around the edge are some of the much-loved cheese snacks made by Frito-Lay, which is a subsidiary of PepsiCo.
The picture is complete with the Cheetos logo – leading many to believe the coffee chain had actually collaborated with them.
People say it’s gone ‘too far’
The drink has left people disgusted, with one person commenting: “Okay, you’ve gone TOO FAR.”
“Oh hell no,” said another.
A third person added: “A hard pass on this one.”
“That looks gross,” someone else said.
Another agreed: “Disgusting!”
The spicy drink isn’t actually real
People obviously didn’t look at the image properly because it clearly states that the whole thing is fake – thank god!
“This product image is generated by AI,” it says in a circle at the top. “Not real.”
It was made using an artificial intelligence generator, which uses computer technology to create images using text prompts.
However, a trend has actually gone viral on TikTok that sees people making real Cheetos Frappuccinos by blending up the snacks.
It’s a no from us!
