Hi all! Just did my first home inspection the other day and am currently trying to get an estimate of how much all the repairs will be. One of the things on the inspection report said that the “heater flue is too close to combustibles” materials and that it should have at least a 1 inch gap. The pipe goes into the roof as seen here: http://imgur.com/a/wDIFbuv. Does anyone know how much it would cost to repair this? Thank you so much.
