Wendy’s is offering a free breakfast meal to US army veterans and active-duty military personnel on Veterans Day 2021.
Thursday, November 11, will be celebrated as Veterans Day across the United States of America. The federal holiday aims to honour the country’s war veterans as well as on-duty personnel.
While every establishment is finding its own way to honour those protecting the country, Wendy’s has one of the most enticing deals.

Wendy’s offers free breakfast on Veterans Day 2021
While Wendy’s has been a popular food spot for many Americans, very few know its history.
The Wendy’s family has many veterans. In fact, it’s very own founder, Dave Thomas, was a veteran himself. He had joined the army at the age of 18 and served for two and a half years during the Korean War before returning to America in 1953.
He went on to follow his passion and start his very own restaurant business, which resulted in the opening of Wendy’s.
Hence, Veterans Day strikes a chord with Wendy’s like no other holiday would. This year, the fast-food establishment is offering a free breakfast combo that includes Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant, Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and even the crowd favourite, the Breakfast Baconator combo.
Just a small gesture from the restaurant to say thank you to those who’ve fought and are fighting for America!
