As the title says, I built a tool that lets me request documents from clients so I don’t have to do it manually. I developed this tool and thought it might be useful for others in the real estate community to streamline document requests (think bank statements, credit history, IDs, etc.) from clients instead of manually sending emails asking applicants to attach documents each time.
Basically you just name and describe the documents you need from the client (it’s saved as a template to use for future requests), type in the client’s email(s) and click send. The tool creates a checklist, sends it to the client, and automatically follows up with reminders. The requests and documents are repopulated into a dashboard that lets you know if the documents are submitted and when they’re due. I am only using this for myself right now but I am wondering if others in the real estate community might find this useful. Would you find this helpful?
