Flipper paid 675k for this house and did a “complete gut renovation” with “meticulous design and attention to detail!” and “the owner cut no corners in the custom reimagination of this home.” They started at 1.8m and now he’s still asking 1.49m after another price drop last night.
here are a few pics I took when I walked through the house.
The listing pics more or less hide all of the damage. I was at the house in June and after going back there a few days ago there’s now at least 2 cracks showing in the ceiling. As far as I’m concerned this house will have to be completely gutted and redone again.
If seems like this owner is trying to con and mislead people into purchasing a home that he’s not being honest about. Like if he had gotten this listed early in the year or last year, even in the same condition, he would have had sight unseen offers. Imagine looking at beautiful listing pics, reading that description, probably listening to the owner / agent rant and rave about their remodel, then you walk into this shit show. Where is the legal line with falsely representing a property like this?
