Czech Republic manager Jaroslav Silhavy has opted for a 4-2-3-1 formation with six changes to the team that lost to Wales in their World Cup qualifier.
Jiri Pavlenka replaces Tomas Vaclik in goal whereas Valdimir Coufal starts at right-back with Jan Boril on the other side, while Ondrej Celustka and Jakub Brabec, on for the suspended Ondrej Kudela, link up at centre-back.
Alex Kral, who takes Tomas Holes’ place, and captain Vladimir Darida team up in midfield, while Antonin Barak, who comes on for Lukas Provod, play at No10.
Lukas Masopust, on for West Ham star Tomas Soucek, covers the right flank with Jakub Jankto on the other side.
