Kerry added: ‘I feel like I’ve just been rebooted, like I’ve just been reborn. It’s like I’ve had an awakening, like a higher power.
‘I’ve got in touch with little Kerry, who’s been through s***. I’ve reached out to her and I’ve looked after her. Honest to god this guy is amazing. It was so powerful.’
Marcus then appeared on camera and explained: ‘What we’ve done is we’ve used a very powerful technique of hypnotheraphy to find the root cause of why Kerry’s been feeling the way she’s been feeling.
‘We’ve released this massive feeling so I think we can say you connected with the universe, didn’t you?’

She replied: ‘Massively. I heard two voices. I am a massive believer in all this and you all know I am. I’m still shaking, this was so powerful.
‘I’m a massive advocate for mental health. If you need any kind of therapy this f***ing man – sorry for swearing – please get in touch with this man. I can’t even explain properly what’s happened. It was very emotional.’
Last year, the former Atomic Kitten singer revealed she was taking anti-anxiety medication after battling with ‘intrusive thoughts’ and worries about her health.
WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is a trance-like state in which a person has a heightened focus and concentration.
It is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and mental images. When people are under hypnosis, they usually feel calm and relaxed, and are more open to suggestions.
Hypnosis conducted by a trained therapist or health care professional is considered a safe, complementary, and alternative medical treatment. However, hypnosis may not be appropriate in people with severe mental illness.
Adverse reactions to hypnosis are rare, but may include:
- Anxiety or distress
- Creation of false memories

She said: ‘I’ve been really suffering with my anxiety recently. I’ve actually gone back on medication for it. I had intrusive thoughts about dying – and I even had thoughts about my children dying.’
She also encouraged people to seek help if they need it, saying, it is ‘so important to recognise when you need a break’.
Kerry previously revealed how she was once so broke she even considered suicide as she feared she would not be able to afford her children’s school uniforms or even feed them.
The singer, who was declared bankrupt twice in 2008 and 2013, made the comments as she appeared on The Sun newspaper’s Dear Deidre podcast.
Earlier this year, the mum-of-five revealed how she’s made a fortune thanks to selling topless snaps of herself on OnlyFans, asserting: ‘It’s made me a millionaire again!’
Sitting down and chatting about her past struggles, the bubbly blonde said: ‘There’s been times when I’ve been wanting to drive my car off a bridge because I think, “How am I going to clothe these five kids?” I understand the anxiety over money.’
Now, Kerry, who is mum to Molly, 20, Lilly-Sue 19, Heidi 15, Max 14, and eight-year-old Dylan-Jorge has said: ‘I’ve never met anybody like me before, who’s able to keep bouncing back and bouncing back and keep fighting.’
She added: ‘It used to come to September and I’d think, “Oh my God, I’ve got to buy five lots of uniforms, five lots of PE kits, five lots of shoes and PE shoes and school bags.” I’d think, “How am I literally going to do it?”‘
The singer went on to explain how only two years ago, during the first lockdown in 2020, she had to sell her vintage jukebox to make ends meet.
She added: ‘I couldn’t afford to pay my rent. I thought, “Oh my God, how am I going to feed the kids?”‘
She now feels it was ‘the best thing that could have happened’ as the ‘stigma that comes with debt’ got rid of the hangers-on in her life who ‘just like little rats, disappeared.’
