SWAPPING that burger for a supermarket salad may seem to be just what the doctor ordered.
But after we revealed M&S’s cheeseburger pasta salad has 262 more calories than a Big Mac and 33g fat compared with the burgers 24g, things may not be so simple.
Nutritionist Amanda Ursell warns: “Be careful about the word ‘salad’.
“Check the nutrition or you can get an unhealthier meal than you intended.”
