The manga was later adapted into an anime by MAPPA, the studio behind Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, and Attack on Titan’s final season. Before Netflix’s version, a Japanese live-action adaptation debuted in 2018. That version starred Minami Hamabe and is currently available on Netflix.
