A NEW boutique specialising in outfits for weddings and special occasions is set to open in Oswestry this week.
Michelle Braden, who ran Forever After in Ellesmere, has decided to put her business back together and relaunch at the Oswestry Indoor Market this week.
Forever After originally opened in Ellesmere in 2019, but Michelle is now looking forward to relaunching her business to Oswestry after being made redundant during the Covid-19 pandemic.
After a space came up at the indoor market, Michelle was immediately keen to bring her business to the town.
“There are a lot of people in Oswestry, so the footfall is really good,” she explained.
“For me, it’s about being part of a bigger community. I had the opportunity to start up here after someone else left.
“We have spent weeks getting things ready here – it has got a great community feel here and I know there are plenty of people here who will help each other.
“People have come over to congratulate me ahead of opening so that’s been really good.”
Michelle described her business as an ‘occasion boutique’, which provides outfits for special events of all kinds, including weddings and parties.
Customers will be able to purchase both new and pre-loved items at the shop.
The shop is set to officially open on Wednesday, June 30.
