What concerns if any are there during a new build with wall plates resting in a puddle of water for weeks? I understand wood can get wet and builder says it’s treated wood.
Odd to me that the house is roofed, bricked, and windows are in. So it’s something that is easily avoidable but the builder decides to leave the basement windows open and a tarp filled with water as shown. Why expose something just because it can be is my thought. This is a $600k+ build, so expectations would be quality work and not sure if this is a sign of a bad builder?
I’m not under contract, just looking at this property.
