Adopt George
Today is Fri-Yay, and here on Sunrise that means it’s also time for Pet of The Week. A segment where we highlight a shelter pets here in The Crossroads looking for their furrever homes. This morning we want to introduce you to a furry dog friend, from the Adopt-A-Pet Victoria here in the Crossroads.
Howie: Meet George Foreman! He’s a Boxer/Dane Mix, 5 years old, and weighs approximately 61 pounds. He still needs to gain some more weight though as he was severely malnourished when he came to Adopt-A-Pet. George might be a big-boy, but he thinks he’s a lap dog & boy is he a hugger! George was found at the Whataburger in Victoria, hungry no doubt & is gaining back his weight at a healthy rate. He rides great in a car, but needs some work on a leash, which we have been working on during his stay at Adopt-A-Pet. If you are a Boxer lover or Great Dane lover, you know they have such wonderful demeanors. George got a little of both! If you are interested in adopting sweet George, please call or stop by during business hours.
Here’s how you can get to the pawty or in general get in contact with Adopt-A-Pet of Victoria
if you’re interested in George, or any other furry friend.
You can visit them at their location at 8215 Houston Highway here in Victoria. You can also call them. Their number is 361-575-7387.
