A close watch will be on Senators Alex Antic and Gerard Rennick and whether they will abstain from voting in the Senate after threatening to do so unless the Prime Minister opposes vaccine mandates, says Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell.
“My sources tell me the government has yet to get a guarantee they will keep voting for them,” Mr Clennell said.
“But there is the prospect of legislation that the pair are interested in being in the Senate this week – either on religious freedom or terror legislation or on voter ID for elections.”
