No, AP, Trump Can't 'Cripple Efforts To Stop Climate Change': The Climate Will Always Change

For nearly three decades, governments worldwide have dumped trillions of dollars into the ‘climate fight†(defined as the accumulation of weather trends persisting for at least 30 years, as per NOAA).

However, the allocation and utilization of these funds remain largely opaque, raising concerns about their effectiveness and accountability. In other words, no one knows where the hell the money is going.

Meanwhile, we have a lot of very rich wind and solar companies benefitting significantly from taxpayer funding at the environment’s expense.

So it was surprising to see headlines like the one pictured above that somehow President-elect Trump will “cripple efforts” to stop climate change. Stop the climate from changing? He’s not omnipotent. The climate will change with or without him. It always has and always will.

Yet in those three decades where Trump held little power except for four short years, CO2 emissions have gone up despite fields of solar panels blanketing the landscape and wind farms blighting once-scenic landmarks.

Fossil fuels have proliferated. Africa and other developing nations have been stunted by climate colonialists.

But a funny thing happened on the way to the apocalypse.

Real-world data demonstrates that the climate hobgoblins are not responsible for exacerbating weather conditions, intensifying their severity, or increasing their frequency. Events of any duration remain localized, as they have been throughout history.

Furthermore, the concurrent temperature rise in the last thirty years has been so statistically tiny that it falls within the margin of error.

That’s because weather history does repeat itself. Just look at any severe weather event in the past three decades and you’ll find similar, if not worse events in the past.

Look at the last 2,000 years: the Earth has undergone a series of climatic cycles, including the Roman Warm Period, the Medieval Warm Period, and the subsequent Little Ice Age. These periods have been reconstructed using various methods, providing a clear pattern of temperature fluctuations.

The point is that these headlines are used to drive division, invoke fear, and increase one’s anxiety. That sells. No one can control Earth’s climate. Not Trump. Not Argentina’s President Milei. Not another useless, costly UN-backed climate summit. Not by handing a trillion dollars to poor countries to NOT lift themselves out of poverty.

If, in the back of your head, you have a niggling feeling that you’re being had by the powers that be, you get the booby prize. Itâ€s called a green grift for good reason. The UN and other subservient countries have found the perfect excuse to fleece taxpayers. And when they object, the elitist media call them ‘deniersâ€, trying to shame them.

Also, be wary of alarmist climate models that assert the ability to forecast weather conditions a century from now. These computer models can be programmed to yield any desired outcome. Consequently, no predictions have materialized. Most have passed without significant notice (except for those published on ‘skeptical†websites, where their inaccuracies are well-documented).

As more voters begin to revolt as they did in the 2024 US election and the last mega EU election, politicians will swing back to another cause that’s unprovable, unfalsifiable, but highly taxable.
