Crime Stoppers is asking the public to contact them with any information about this crime

VICTORIA, Texas – On Wednesday, Nov. 3, at approximately 3 a.m., Victoria Police Department officers responded to a business in the 4500 block of N. Navarro Street. An alert citizen called in suspicious subjects in the area.
Upon arrival, officers spotted three subjects running from the location. However, one of the subjects, Travis Wells of Victoria, was apprehended.
Officers then located three loose catalytic converters and a reciprocating saw on the ground where Wells had been.
Wells, 17, was arrested and charged with Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
