A sexpert and relationships coach has spoken about erectile dysfunction on her TikTok channel and explains what she thinks will help if you ever have the awkward issue.
Starielle Hope says for most men, it’s a case of worrying and “overthinking” which can turn into a vicious cycle.
In the clip, she says: “It only becomes a problem if you start overthinking it, putting on the pressure and then, ‘Oh my God, it happens again,’ and then, ‘Oh my God even more pressure,’ and it happens again.
“And then it becomes an ongoing issue and the thing you have to do is take the pressure off.”
The expert recommends focusing on foreplay, other intimate activities and not even trying to have sex while you are still trying to calm down.
She says: “Decide before you go into an experience with a woman that you’re not going to have penetrative sex tonight you’re just going to focus on sharing pleasure with each other and doing other things, nothing that requires a hard penis.
“When we are stressed, our bodies are focused on survival, not procreation.
“You have to lower your stress level and watch, it will come back.”
She clarified in the comments she wasn’t giving “medical advice” as her tips are for men who only have erectile dysfunction some of the time and only due to stress or anxiety.

One bloke commented: “Thank you. I have no idea why some have to get so macho and crude about this.”
“After I was cheated on I had issues with mine but I’m learning to let go of the past hopefully that will help,” another man confessed.
Meanwhile, other lads said they no longer found their partner attractive which hadn’t helped things in the bedroom department and some blamed issues like dehydration.
