MANILA, Philippines — A fire hit a commercial area near the Manila Cathedral in Intramuros on Saturday.
The Manila Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office confirmed the blaze at 8:05 a.m. before placing it on first alarm at 8:06 a.m. and second alarm a minute later.
