MANILA, Philippines — A former police officer wanted fo murder was arrested in Pampanga on Wednesday after eluding authorities for 20 years.
Nico Cruz Garcia was arrested in an operation in Barangay Panipuan, San Fernando on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Presiding Judge Dina Pestaño Teves of Regional Trial Court Branch 142 in Makati City.
