Muntinlupa City has passed an ordinance prohibiting the playing of audio materials through loudspeakers in residential areas and other quiet zones.
Ordinance No. 2025-330 (Quiet Zones Ordinance), was approved by the Muntinlupa City Council and signed by Mayor Ruffy Biazon.
