PUBLIC Attorney’s Office (PAO) chief Persida Rueda-Acosta on Thursday called on legislators to draft laws that would deal stiffer penalties to reckless drivers.
“I am challenging our good lawmakers from the House of Representatives and Senate, please enact a law to amend the simple reckless imprudence, it should be homicide, murder,” Rueda-Acosta said.
