ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s rupee was quoted at 295.00/10 to the US dollar in the spot market Wednesday, weaker from 294.70/90 to the US dollar before the long weekend, while bond yields were flat, dealers said.
Stocks were up 1 percent in mid-day trade.
A bond maturing on 15.12.2026 was quoted at 9.40/50 percent, up from 9.35/45 percent, Friday.
A bond maturing on 15.10.2027 was quoted at 9.80/90 percent flat.
A bond maturing on 01.07.2028 was quoted at 10.35/40 percent.
A bond maturing on 15.09.2029 was quoted at 10.70/80 percent, down from 10.75/80 percent.
