MANILA, Philippines — The House of Representatives approved on third and final reading a bill that aimed to modernize the country’s Zone Improvement Plan (ZIP) code system.
The measure, House Bill (HB) 11255, hurdled third and final reading with 205 lawmakers voting for it during plenary session on Tuesday.
