Harry Styles’ heartbroken mum has revealed that the singer’s beloved grandad has died.
Anne Twist took to Instagram to share the devastating news that her father, Brian Selley, had passed away.
With a sweet tribute to her dad, Anne told her 2.5 million followers that her family was left heartbroken over the loss.
“My heart is broken once more… our family has been reeling from the loss of our Dad / Grandad / brother / friend.
“Dad you were so brave and courageous, always smiling and with a sharp and witty comment at just the right time.
“We love you totally and forever. Sleep sweetly you beautifully man. Go be with Mum xxx,” she captioned the emotional post, which featured a touching snapshot of her hugging her father.

Anne later edited the post to add her heartfelt thanks to those who had sent their well wishes since she announced the sad news.
“THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR THOUGHTS & COMMENTS XXX,” Harry’s mum added.
Former X Factor host Dermot O’Leary sent his condolences to Anne and her family in comment on the post.
“Im so sorry Anne, sending love x (sic),” he wrote.

Harry’s older sister Gemma Styles shared three heart emojis on her mother’s touching post, and also shared her own tribute to her grandfather on Instagram.
Posting a throwback photo of her with Brian when she was a baby, as well as a more recent snap of the two together as they posed for a smiling selfie.
Gemma wrote: “Rest easy Grandad, effortless comic and all around wonderful man.”
Harry’s fans were also quick to send their love to Anne and her loved ones, as one commented: “I’m so sorry, sending lots of love to you and your family.”

“I’m so sorry Anne, now you will have one more angel taking care of you from above, my deepest condolences,” another added.
Brian was a big supporter of Harry’s budding musical talent when he was a child, and reportedly gave the youngster a karaoke machine so he could record his own cover versions of hit songs.
He and Harry’s mum Anne were also on hand to support Harry as he shot to superstardom after appearing on The X Factor in 2010 as part of the hugely successful boyband One Direction.

In July, Anne shared a picture of her with dad Brian to celebrate his birthday.
“’Happy Birthday to the first and best man in my life love you Dad.,” she wrote.
Brian was previously diagnosed with Parkinson’s, a progressive neurological condition which gets worse over time, and symptoms include tremors and muscle stiffness.
Back in 2017, Anne praised Harry and his older sister Gemma for their unwavering support as their grandad battled the debilitating disease.
“They have been absolutely brilliant. They love him to death and he is so proud of them,” she told The Sun.
