The former TOWIE star said: ‘This morning Roman choked on a little piece of apple he managed to clear it himself but spent two hours gagging, being sick and bringing up thick saliva.
‘He’s just not himself I think it must be the acid irritating his throat and shock. He’s mot eaten breakfast and lunch he put in his mouth, gagged and spat it all out.
‘From anyone’s experience is this just fear? I’m worried he’s really hungry but scared to eat.’

The reality star said that the experience was ‘just awful’ and admitted that she thought once the airwaves were cleared, Roman would be ‘fine’ as his breathing was ‘all okay’.

She said: ‘It was scary and I am worried about how he’s going to eat now’, adding that Roman had been an ‘amazing eater’ before choking on the apple.
Lucy issued an update to her fans later in the day, revealing that Roman had appeared to have got his appetite back as he tucked into his ‘favourite’ meal, which the reality star made ‘fun’ and with ‘no pressure’.
While later in the day, she enjoyed a relaxing stroll with her son, which she said: ‘Back to his happy self!’

However shortly after sharing the image, the mother-of-one was forced to hit back at some negative comments which had criticised her appearance.
She penned: ‘For the odd negative comment saying I don’t eat & my body isn’t a realistic postnatal body…
‘My body is a real postnatal body as I had a baby in March & this is my body now.
‘I LOVE food! More importantly I’m breastfeeding so I actually have to consume more calories to be able to feed by bubba everyday & have enough energy to run around after him all day.’
Lucy previously revealed she lost four stone after giving birth, telling MailOnline she ‘didn’t do any diet or quick fixes’.
She explained how she didn’t feel ‘pressured’ to return to exercising four times a week once her doctor gave her the all-clear to workout again.
Lucy continued: ‘I didn’t put pressure on myself and had good nights’ sleep. I just listened to my body and I needed rest.’
