MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. signed into law a measure seeking to modernize the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
The President signed on April 24 Republic Act (RA) 12180 or the “Phivolcs Modernization Act,” a copy of which was posted at the Official Gazette on Friday.
